General Amendments, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Amendments

Booking Changes:

You can contact us to amend your booking at any time. If the amendment changes the price from the original booking, you will either receive a refund or be charged the difference. This is subject to availability and confirmation from our Service Provider.

 

Within 48 Hours:

Amendments made within 48 hours of the service start or for bookings involving more than 4 people are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

Price Changes:

If prices have changed between the original booking and the requested change, we reserve the right to charge the difference. Additional payments will be processed at the time of the booking change request.

 

Free Amendments (Middle East and Africa):

Amendments made outside of 48 hours are free of charge. In certain airports, amendments within 48 hours are not allowed and will be treated as cancellations.

 

Free Amendments (Asia, Europe, Australia, US):

Amendments made outside of 72 hours are free of charge. In some airports, amendments within 48 hours are not allowed and will be treated as cancellations.

 

Confirmation:

Amendments are not binding until an adjusted written booking confirmation is sent and received via email.

 

Cancellation

Booking Cancellation:

To cancel a booking, contact us at least 48 hours (local time of flight) before the service starts. The refund amount will depend on the Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider.

 

Refunds

Refund Method:

Refunds due to cancellation can only be made to the credit card used for the Booking Fee.

 

No Show:

No refund will be given in the case of a No Show.

 

No Prior Notification:

If there is no prior notification, Traveler Assist Concierge is not liable for any refund.

 

VIP Terminals/Private Lounge Policies

Heathrow Airport (LHR), London:

•Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•Amendments are accepted only if made before 48 hours prior to the service time. Otherwise, the service is considered a No Show and will be charged in full.

•100% cancellation charges apply upon service request or confirmation.

 

Dubai International Airport (DXB), Dubai:

•Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•Amendments are accepted only if made before 48 hours prior to the service time. Otherwise, the service is considered a No Show and will be charged in full.

•100% cancellation charges apply upon service request or confirmation.

 

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Los Angeles:

•Cancellation less than 96 hours before travel: No Refund or Credit.

•Booking changes less than 96 hours before travel: 50% of the fee credited toward a future service.

•Cancellation or booking changes more than 96 hours before travel: 50% of the fee credited toward a future service.

 

Child Policy

Children Up to 2 Years:

Can use services as part of the guardian’s booking at no extra cost.

 

Children 2-12 Years:

Eligible for a 50% discount from the published rate.

 

Children Over 12 Years:

Considered adults and charged the full rate.

 

Documentation:

A passport copy of the child is mandatory to avail of the child policy.
