General Terms & Conditions
At Traveler Assist Concierge, we periodically update our terms and conditions to comply with legal, business, and customer requirements. By browsing or accessing our website or any of our platforms, you agree to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.
In these terms, references to “COMPANY,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Traveler Assist Concierge. “You” refers to the individual or company creating an account with us and/or booking a reservation through us.
Booking and Confirmation
•Binding Agreement: A booking is considered legally binding once Traveler Assist Concierge sends the confirmation voucher via email.
•Late Bookings: Bookings made using the online booking system less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival/departure time are subject to availability and may incur additional surcharges.
•Payment: All service charges are payable in full at the time of booking. Cancellations and amendments are subject to our Amendments, Refund & Cancellation policy.
•Third-Party Providers: Services are provided by third-party organizations (“Suppliers”). Specific rules and policies at certain locations may apply. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these rules and policies.
•Service Provider Terms: Each service provider has its own terms and conditions. Please review these before booking their services.
•Service Provision: We aim to ensure that services are provided as advertised but do not guarantee this and are not liable for any loss resulting from the provision or non-provision of the advertised service.
•Additional Requests: Any special additional requests not included in the booked service package will be charged separately.
•Lounge Access: Unless otherwise confirmed, our services do not include entry to an airport lounge. Lounge access may be available at selected locations for an additional charge.
•Non-transferable Bookings: Bookings made through Traveler Assist Concierge are non-transferable.
•Service Availability: All services are subject to availability.
Force Majeure
•Service Suspension: Unforeseen security restrictions imposed by governments, airport authorities, or security agencies may suspend services without prior notice. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
•Delays and Cancellations: Delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, accidents, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events. Our liability is limited to re-performance of the canceled service, with refunds or partial refunds at our or the supplier’s discretion.
Client Responsibilities
•Document Handling: Immigration and customs facilities operate independently with their own regulations. Clients must carry and transfer their documents and personal belongings for security checks. Our greeters can escort but not intervene in this process.
•Separate Entities: Immigration, airlines, and meet-and-greet service providers are separate entities. Delays, border rule changes, cancellations, or airline decisions affecting your travel will apply to our services. Our team is not responsible for the decisions of customs, airlines, or immigration.
•Regulatory Changes: Service availability and airport regulations may change without prior notice.
User Obligations
•Terms of Service: Read and abide by the Terms of Service, which define the services included in your journey.
•Accurate Information: Ensure that the information provided in your Reservation Request is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
•Contact Details: Ensure contact details provided are complete, valid, and correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or invalid contact details.
•Service Coverage: Your booking covers you and any co-travelers confirmed by us for the specified services. Additional hours with a Representative must be arranged directly and will incur additional charges.
•Baggage Handling: Representatives are not responsible for carrying or storing baggage unless specified in the Terms of Service.
•Additional Travelers: Services are available only to named Customers. Additional travelers may incur extra charges.
•Departure Services: For departure services, ensure you arrive at the airport with sufficient time for all procedures.
Payment Terms
•Booking Fee: Booking Confirmation will be sent only after the full Booking Fee is received.
•Authorization: By making a Reservation Request, you authorize us to debit your credit/debit card for the amount shown and any additional charges.
•Excluded Services: Payment terms for excluded services are payable directly to the Supplier.
•Age Restriction: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your payment method is declined or if you are under the age of 18.
Identification and Indemnification
•Accurate Information: Provide accurate personal information and notify us of any changes. Incorrect information may invalidate your booking and entitlement to a refund.
•Final Booking Confirmation: Use of our services requires the correct Final Booking Confirmation.
•No Show: The VIP Greeter will hold a NAME SIGN with the passenger’s name. Failure to identify yourself may result in a NO SHOW, with full charges applied.
•Indemnification: Indemnify and defend us and our suppliers from claims, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or costs resulting from your breach of this agreement, violation of any law, or use of our website.
Additional Services and Complaints
•Wheelchair Service: For wheelchair service, book directly with the airline before the flight.
•Complaints: Complaints about any service must be emailed to support@traveller-assist.com within 30 days of the service date. We will acknowledge receipt promptly and provide a detailed response within two weeks.
•Call Recording: We may record telephone conversations for training and dispute resolution purposes.
